Feel better and more comfortable in body and mind from the moment you arrive at the peaceful yoga studio, hidden in the quiet bush just 40 minutes from Melbourne’s center. With birdsong, nearby kangaroos, and calm rolling hills, you’ll start to relax and refresh even before your practice begins.
Yoga classes
If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Here we focus on breath-centred postures and mindfulness, promoting ease of movement and comfort in the body by mobilising stiff joints, relaxing tight muscles and revitalising from the inside out

6pm until 7pm on Tuesday evenings during term time

One to one yoga therapy is tailored to your aims, needs and capabilities - an individualised practice created for you, whether you are experiencing a ‘bad’ back, depression, recovering from an injury or simply wanting to maintain the health of body and mind

Vedic Chant & Chai
Vedic chant helps concentration, focus, speech production, clarity of mind, lowers blood pressure, releases stress, calms the mind and regulates the breath.
It is a powerful, relaxing and enchanting meditative practice!
